Praise God! You lost.
What do you do when a miracle falls through, or a dream is dashed?
Praise God.
Psalm 126:1. “When the LORD restored the fortunes of Zion, we were like those who dreamed.”
That phrase, “We were like those who dreamed,” provokes a question everyone asks. “Will I ever be happy again? Will I ever be blessed again? Will I ever be able to serve again?”
The answer is - YES!
And praise God for that RIGHT NOW! I know that God hasn’t answered your prayer yet, that miracle hasn’t happened yet, and the dream hasn’t been fulfilled. But God answers prayer.
How long should I praise God? As long as it takes.
Praise God for what He is going to do. No, you’re not telling God what to do; you’re praising God for what He wants to do in your life.
So what will happen if I do that?
The phrase “we were like those who dreamed” is a sudden and overpowering joy; we ask whether it can be real or not all a dream. Would you like for God to answer your prayers so that it makes you drop your jaw in shock?
What to pray for today.
Pray for Palm City, the families, kids, and marriage. Pray for their salvation, and pray we can make a difference in this community.
