Starting Monday, March 8th I am going to change my format (at least for now) and start walking you through stories in the Bible, verse by verse. We are going to start with Gideon in Judges chapter 6. I am excited about what God has already shared with me, and I know that it will be a BIG blessing to your life. AMEN
God told Abraham - Your son is coming soon!
God told David - You'll be king someday - coming soon!
God told the Old Testament - The Messiah will arrive - coming soon!
Jesus told us that He will return - coming soon!
Revelation 22:20 He who testifies to these things says, “Surely I am coming soon.” Amen. Come, Lord Jesus!
There is an aspect to God whereby we remember what He has done. We need to remember that He has kept His promises in the past - He has loved us in the past - He has provided for us in the past.
There is an aspect of God in the here and now. We need to remember that He will not leave us or abandon us. He is here with us right now. He has already provided for your needs today.
There is an aspect of God that is coming soon! All through the Bible God made and kept promises to His people. Some promises were answered quickly, others took centuries. But God never failed.
So here is your assignment for today.
Remember something God has done for you in the past that will cause you to say, "Thank You!"
Praise Him for what He is doing in your life at this very moment.
Worship Him for who He is. The God of YOUR future. He knows what you need, He has already provided. Be faithful to walk with Him, and He will give you the direction that you need.
PRAY: Dear Jesus, I know that you are coming soon! Come quickly, Lord Jesus! AMEN
