God Is In Control
Long story short the county messed up our churches drainage. That’s ok as long as it doesn’t rain. It didn’t rain yesterday, it was a monsoon. Water flooded the street, then started creeping up the parking lot. Slowly it got closer and closer. I could feel my anxiety grow. What could I do?
I thought about it over and over. I had one plan, then another. But in the end, it was going to flood.
1 Peter 5:6-7 Humble yourselves, therefore, under the mighty hand of God so that at the proper time he may exalt you, 7 casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you.

God spoke to me clearly. ”Do you think I can't take care of this? Go home and get some sleep.”
Well it didn't flood, in fact, the rain stopped. Once I remembered that it was His church, His problem, and that He was the solution, all my anxiety vanished.
PRAY: Dear Jesus, help me remember, You’re my protector, my provider, and my supply. AMEN
