The Three Theological Virtues: 1) Faith, 2) Hope, and 3) Love (1 Corinthians 13:13)
What are you going to take to heaven? Most people answer in the negative. You can't take anything with you. But that isn't exactly true. Here Paul tells us what is eternal, what is in our hearts and what we can take with us. Our Faith in Christ, Our Hope in His Promises and Our Love for Him. These of which, He gives us - generously. One of the things about these three is that they are foundational to our relationship with Jesus. There is not relationship without faith, there is no future without hope and there is no reason to have a relationship without love. It is no wonder that these are the three key areas where Satan attacks Christians? Remove the reason for a life changing connection with Christ and like old friendships, they will just fade away.
