So we went out and looked at 1,000 houses yesterday. Ok, only 20 or so, but I feel like it. Why is it I can't remember any of them? 3 - 4 made the cut so we are going to try to look at them today or tomorrow to see if they are worth consideration. Just to let you know, I did see a house that was $38,000. It needed new siding, that's all. Wow that was cheap and pending by the time I got to it. Gotta move quick on the great deals!!
