Church Loan

I haven't said anything about our pursuit of a loan in the last few months with good reason. We received approval for the loan a couple of months ago, however there were some stipulations that had to be worked out. In the end we are borrowing $165,000 that will cover everything that we need to do. If you were in church Sunday, you already heard all of this, so I am doing this for those of you who haven't had a chance to either hear or respond.
